Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is very effective to treat dry and damaged hair. Take out some apple cider in a bowl and apply it onto the scalp and hair with the help of a cotton ball. Wait for 5-10 minutes and then wash off. There is another way of using apple cider vinegar for healthy hair. Mix equal amount of ACV and warm water and wash your hair with it after shampooing. Mash up a ripe avocado with fork and mix an egg white with it. Apply this hair mask on wet hair and wait for 20 minutes. Rinse off with a mild shampoo. Do this once a week for faster result. Avocados are rich in vitamins, minerals and fatty acids that provide nourishment to the hair strands and make them healthy and shiny.
Combine 3 egg whites with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp olive oil. Apply this hair mask all over your hair and make sure every hair strand has been covered. Wear a shower cap and wait for 30 minutes, then shampoo your hair.
Mash couple of ripe bananas and add 2 eggs. Beat the mixture well and then add some honey. Apply this hair mask on hair and scalp and wait for an hour. Finally use your regular shampoo to wash the hair.

Healthy Hair Habits
Pay attention to little things, like how you are treating your wet hair! Instead of rubbing the hair when it is wet, wrap up your hair in a clean and dry cotton towel and leave it on for few minutes to let the cotton soak the moisture from the hair. Now remove the towel and air dry your hair.
If you have this habit of wearing your hair in a ponytail throughout the day, give your hair some much needed break by taking it out for few hours. Also, make sure not to pull your hair back too tightly and do not wear any accessories while sleeping.
