Treat Your Body Right
Our eyes are the most sensitive part of our body. So if you treat your body wrong, it first reflects on our eyes. If you notice your eyes getting yellow or tired and puffy, it means something is seriously wrong with your body.
Massage Your Eyes
Massaging your eyes gently is one of the easiest way to get clear, sparkling eyes. First take a few drops of pure coconut oil or olive oil on your fingertips and then gently massage your entire eye area using the fingertips. Massage reduces eye strain and improves blood circulation, thus preventing wrinkles and fine lines. Do this at least once a day.
Take ice cold soy milk in a bowl and soak couple of couple of cotton balls in that for a minute. Now lie down in a relaxed position and close your eyes. Place those cotton balls on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Wash off your face afterwards. Soy milk has anti inflammatory properties that helps to shrink blood vessels and thereby, reduces the puffiness. Do it twice a week.

Olive Oil Tea Bag
Green tea bags are one of the best and easiest ways to treat under eye dark circles. Also it reduces puffiness and soothes tired eyes. Place two wet tea bags of green tea in the freezer. Using a cotton ball, apply olive oil on the eye area. Now take out those tea bags from the freezer and place them on your eyes. Relax for ten minutes and then wash your face.

Mint leaves contain menthol which soothes tired eyes and make them look brighter. Crush a few mint leaves and mix it well with water. Then extract the juice and add few drops of almond oil and honey to it. Mix well. Now apply this on the eyes with a cotton pad just before going to the bed. Repeat this natural remedy for bright eyes twice a week.
Warm compress is another great way to get sparkling bright eyes naturally. Soak a soft cloth in lukewarm water and remove the excess water. Place the warm cloth on your closed eyelids and let it sit for a minute. Repeat it 3-4 times. The warmth relaxes the muscles around eye area, reduces eye strain and soothes tired and puffy eyes.
Apart from the above mentioned points, stay hydrated and protect your eyes from external irritants like dust, smoke, sunlight etc. Avoid foods that are high in caffeine, fat and sugar and also avoid staring at your TV or computer screen for a long time.
