- Half lemon juice

- Handful of coriander leaves
- Fresh aloe vera gel
- Half cup of water
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and put them in the grinder. No need to peel it. Add in juice of half lemon, 2 pieces of coriander, handful of fresh coriander leaves and couple of tbsp of fresh aloe vera gel. Pour half cup of water into there. You can adjust the quantity of water according to your personal preference whether you want the drink to be thick or more watery.
Switch on the grinder to make the miracle bedtime drink. Pour it to another container and drink it 30 minutes before hitting the bed. Its better to make the drink fresh and then have it.
