To avoid Diabetes in Children, try to use olive oil while cooking. Trick with your kid by replacing chips and fries with nuts or seeds in snacks. Try in grilling and baking foods rather than frying. Try to include leafy vegetable yummy salads instead of fried or canned foods. Engage your children for swimming, exercise classes or any sports. They will love to get into those and will also remain healthy.
