Rice Powder Exfoliation
The first and foremost rule to achieve soft and sexy legs is to exfoliate. Dead skin cells accumulated on the surface of our skin make our legs look dry and dark. So it is important to remove those dead skin cells, so that the moisturizing products gets absorbed completely and provide nourishment.
Mix 1 tbsp each of rice powder and yogurt with a pinch of turmeric and make a smooth paste. Apply it on the legs and let it dry. Once the skin feels stretchy, wet your hands and gently scrub the legs in circular motion. Finally rinse it clean. Repeat twice a week for best results.
Wheat Flour Pack
Mix 1 tsp of wheat flour, half a tsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of honey together. Once they form a smooth paste, apply it on the legs and wait for 30 minutes. Rinse off with plain water.
This homemade pack will help you get rid of ingrown hair, soothes inflammation and lighten the skin tone.
This is another great way to have beautiful legs. Try foot bath once in a month. Take a bucket of lukewarm water, add a few drops of shampoo to it along with 2-3 drops of oil. Immerse your legs (till the knee) into it and sit for an hour. After that, clean the legs gently with a pumice stone or scrub. Wash and moisturize the legs immediately after that.

Vinegar and Curd Mixture
Mix half tsp each of vinegar and curd. Massage this mixture on your feet and legs for smooth and beautiful legs.
Massage your legs with a herbal oil once in a week for pretty legs. Also if you can apply hot olive oil on your legs every night before going to bed. Massage the oil for a while to wake up with smooth and sexy legs in the morning.
Onion and Ginger juice for Pigmentation
Mix 1 tbsp each of onion juice, ginger juice and yogurt. Once it forms a smooth paste, apply it on the legs, specially on pigmented areas. Let it sit for 30 minutes and wash off. Repeat thrice a week for best results.
Being a rich source of sulfur, onion has natural skin lightening properties. Ginger too can improve complexion. The lactic acid present in yogurt acts as natural bleach for skin.
Mint Oil Therapy
In a tub of lukewarm water, add a few drops of mint oil along with some mint leaves. Then soak the legs in the water for 10 minutes. Finally rinse off with cold water. Follow this remedy for twice a week.
Mint oil and mint leaves soothe the dry, aching skin and freshen up your tired legs.
For sexy and toned legs, exercise is a must. Running, jogging, cycling, squatting, jumping with a jumping rope, aerobics etc can be very helpful to keep our legs in perfect shape.
