Fruits and vegetables contain folate, antioxidants which are very beneficial for heart. Go for green leafy vegetables daily. Carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, squash, tomato, cantaloupe are extremely helpful to avoid heart diseases. For fruits apple, citrus fruits, berries especially the blue berries, palms, peach, pomegranate, papaya, cucumber all are good for heart.
Omega 3 fatty acids
Omega 3 fatty acids are good to prevent heart diseases as it helps to decrease triglyceride and increase the good cholesterol level and also helps in proper blood flow by improving the blood vessel elasticity.
