Some people wear specs cause it’s trendy or for sake of good vision. Wearing specs is not easy, there are so many responsibilities such as cleaning everyday, taking specs along with you though you don’t want, compromising because sometimes it happens whether your glasses are not going with your attire or your attire doesn’t hold it good. So by this you would know the problem of every people wearing glasses. A lot of us use electronics. It not only decrease vision but also harm on our body. Get Rid of Glasses by Exercise
Palming your eye
Rubbing palms together create heat on palm. Keeping this on eyes for 10 sec makes eye warm and relax. Do it 3 times. Palming soothes eye nerves which are irritated.
Rotation of eye
Rotate your eyes in clockwise and anticlockwise. While rotating remember to make a big circle as big as you can but don’t push your eye. The stretch should be bearable. Do it for 10 times in initial days and then increase it gradually.

Look at the left and focus on what you see. Then look at the right and focus on what you see. Do this for 5 times.
Up and Down
Look up and focus on what you see. Look down and focus on what you see. Do this for 5 times.
Look straight ahead and move your eyes in up and down in zig zag movement.
Palming eye again
End your exercise by palming your eye again.
