Avoid Fried foods
Fried foods are simply to be avoided. Fried foods create gastric problems and thus let you to increase weight.

Soft Drink has carbonates which create a gastric problem and cause mouth odor.
Avoid Artificial Sweetener
Candies, chewing gum and all other artificial sweeteners though make you feel good, but creates problems for indigestion. Moreover chewing gum allows more air to get into your bladder while you chew, which make you feel bloated. Artificial sweeteners create teeth and gum problem too!!
Avoid Spicy food
Spicy food are not at all good for your stomach specially when you are travelling. Spicy food causes gastric problem such as indigestion, re flux, inflammation etc.
Avoid Starchy foods
Starchy foods may cause bloating and acidity problem. It is better to have healthy fruits while you travel. Try to avoid noodles, pasta etc.
